The city is looking to hire a Contractor for Winter Maintenance Services of the Transitway Stations and Parking Lots. The scope of work under this contract shall include the provision of equipment, labour and materials to perform various winter maintenance operations for multiple Transitway Stations which includes parking lots, roadways, walkways, sidewalks and platforms. The work involves monitoring weather conditions and patrolling the stations as well as initiating winter maintenance activities such as supply and placement of anti-icing / de-icing materials, plowing (mechanically and manually) and hauling of excess snow.
