The project will consist of all power and lighting and associated items, including concrete foundation work for all Park lighting and power. The project anticipated start date is October 7, 2024 and is to be substantially completed by April 4, 2025. Question Deadline 10/01/2024 All questions shall be directed to John M. Miller, Project/Construction Manager at jmmiller@hengineers.com. Bidders must deposit, with their bid, surety in the form of a certified check, bank draft, or bid bond, in the sum of five percent (5%) of the amount of the proposal. Bidders may not withdraw their bid within 90 days after the date of bid opened. The OWNER reserves the right to waive any information or to reject any and/or all bids.
