The City is seeking to engage up to four (4) consulting teams to be available for an engineering inspections program (minimum 25 buildings) focused on select structures which could include, but are not limited to hockey, skating, and curling rinks; exterior exposed structural elements; indoor pools; industrial facilities with humid environments; salt storage structures; parking structures; post-tensioned structures; and wash bay / car wash structures. Types of reviews will include the following: A. Structural review of ceiling-hung services, roof framing members, diving boards, miscellaneous structures, and miscellaneous metal components; B. Review of facade and building envelope components; C. Review of post-tensioned structures; and D. Emergency Reviews.
