Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Napanee, Ontario. Completed plans call for the construction of a 82,340-square-foot, one-story above grade water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work at the site consists of: - Construction of a new WPCP, including all architectural, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and process elements as defined within the contract documents. - Rehabilitation of elements of the existing anaerobic digester as defined within the contract documents. - Coordination and connection of the WPCP with the existing wastewater collection system and existing outfall. - Work covered by the contract documents includes Construction of, and Commissioning of the facility as per Section 01 91 13 - Commissioning (Cx) and Division 01 contract documentation requirements. Owner only provides plans and specs to their prequalified contractors. Interested sub trades, manufacturers and suppliers should contact the prequalified contractors. *This project is being bid by invitation only.
