Site work for a water / sewer project in Napanee, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Construction of the New Napanee Water Pollution Control Plant. Partial demolition of the existing plant. The New Napanee Water Pollution Control Plant will consist of construction of a new administration, headworks facility and intermediate pumping station; Aerobic Granular Sludge Treatment Tanks and Operation building, a Tertiary Filter and Ultraviolet Disinfection building, and a new mechanical sludge thickening system. TIMELINE: Design completed by EVB & CIMA+. The Town of Greater Napanee issued a prequalification for general, electrical and mechanical contractors that has closed. The results will be presented to council at a future meeting for the selection of the prequalified firms. Stage II timeline to the prequalified is currently scheduled for January 2025. Anticipated duration of the contract is approx. 30 months.
