A 5% Bid Security will be required with the bid. The Owner reserves the right to require and pay the cost of 100% Payment and Performance Bonds for the successful Bidder. This building is listed on the National Register of Historic Places, is a National Historic Landmark. Project funding is provided by the New York State Downtown Revitalization Initiative (DRI) Program administered by New York State Homes and Community Renewal. Additional funding is being provided by the City of Auburn utilizing U.S. Department of the Treasury American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funding.
