Reference Number 0000360880 This project consists of the procurement and installation of a new 50kw stand alone natural gas generator at the Brady Lodge facility located at 6970 Andersonville Road Independence Township, Oakland County, Michigan. Work includes all effort required to install the equipment to a fully operational condition. The Township reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, waive or modify proposal requirements, waive informalities, allow correction of errors or omissions, negotiate individually with one or more proponents, request supplemental bids and/or additional information, and to select and award a contract to a qualified contractor as determined by the Township, in its discretion, to be in the best interest of the Township considering all factors.
