This project involves the complete demolition and removal of the existing structure, including foundations and footings, the removal of asphalt and other impervious surfaces on the site except the existing driveway approach, grading and hydroseeding the site, and cleanup and removal of all debris. The goal of this project is to remove the vacant structure, enhance the site's aesthetic appeal, and boost economic vitality by redeveloping the site as an attractive public gathering place for the future.
