The Work of this Contract, designated H60-11 - 1810 Markham Road - Roofing Rehabilitation consists of the supply of labour, equipment, and materials to complete the rehabilitation of the Building's roof and addition of fixed ladders, guardrails, and crossover bridges. Bid Bond - 180000 $ The Bidder shall complete and submit an executed Agreement to Bond, in a form satisfactory to TTC for the provision of a Performance Bond and a Labour and Material Payment Bond, each for a sum equal to at least 50% of its Total Bid Price and in the form required by TTC.
