Description

Renovation of a detention facility in Jackson, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.

Replacement of the existing Pipe Tunnel Entry with a new structure integrated into the tunnel system and Site renovations including, demolition of existing tunnel components, removal of existing access building, patching of tunnel wall, and infill of existing access building partial removal of abandoned piping, steam equipment & components, new entrance building including necessary structural revisions, doors, hardware, concrete, painting, water proofing, specialties, site excavation and backfill, tunnel renovations and minor plumbing and electrical renovations as indicated on drawings. 5% Bid Security Middle Tunnel Renovations/Building 62 Ramp, 3401 Cooper St., Jackson, MI 49201 Please do not submit online questions via .
