Project requirements include the complete renovation of an existing space, including install of new Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing systems to include new Air Handler, Condensing Unit, exhaust fans and humidifier equipment. Project will require strict environmental controls, including humidity control of less than 45% and temperature control of 70oF +/-1.7oF.
