The project basically consists of the following: Installation of approximately 1,430 LF of 8' and 6' diameter PVC sanitary sewer gravity main, manholes, sewer services, PVC sewer force main and a duplex lift station inclu ding electrical controls and backup generator. This project is being performed as part of the settlement of an enforcement action brought by the TCEQ. A Bidder's Bond, Certified or Cashier's Check in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid shall accompany each bid as a guarantee that, if awarded the contract, the bidder will promptly enter into contract with the City of Jacksonville, Texas. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond, Payment Bond and Mainte- nance Bond as well as proof of statutory worker's compensation insurance. The City of Jacksonville reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
