Site work and new construction of a playground / park / athletic field in Jacksonville, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
Project is to obtain proposals for contractor to construct a stage and fence at Hazel Tilton Park (301 S. Main St.). Contractor will be required to furnish all labor, materials and equipment and the performing of all work required to construct a stage and fence. Project scope includes but is not limited to construction of a stage, fence and related sitework and landscaping. The sealed envelope must be marked: Bid # 2025-800-01 Hazel Tilton Park Stage and Fence OPENS, 10:00 a.m. Thursday, December 5th, 2024 City of Jacksonville – City Hall 315 S. Ragsdale St., Jacksonville, TX 75766 In case of ambiguity or lack of clearness in stating proposal price, City reserves the right to adopt the most advantageous service thereof or to reject any or all bids. No bid may be withdrawn within ninety (90) days after date on which bids are opened. The City of Jacksonville seeks sealed proposals from qualified respondents to provide construction services at 301 South Main Street, Jacksonville, Texas 75766. Although a firm timeline has not been confirmed, construction is not expected to start prior to February 2025.
