Renovation of an educational facility in Allen, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 119,074-square-foot educational facility.
The Allen ISD is accepting qualifications/proposals for a Construction Manager at Risk utilizing a two-step process for the construction of renovation work at Olson Elementary. Start Date: May 23, 2025 Completion Date; August 4, 2025 RFP DUE DATE/TIME: 2:00 p.m., September 26, 2024 (selected offerors only) Accommodations and modifications for people with disabilities are available upon request. Submit requests to bryan.sharkey@allenisd.org or to Bryan Sharkey, Director of Purchasing, 972-727-7114. CMAR Award and Construction Project are contingent upon voter approval of the November 2024 Bond Election. If the bond doesn't pass, this CMAR will be canceled and no award will be made. The District reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any informality in proposals received, deemed to be in the best interest of the District. No officer or employee of the Allen ISD shall have a financial interest, direct or indirect, in any contract with the Allen ISD.
