Renovation of a municipal facility in Granite, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Granite School District is soliciting competitive bids from qualified vendors to provide a new Genie Lift for the General Maintenance Shop. Read through attached Job Specifications for all bid requirements. All bid questions must be submitted electronically. o It is the exclusive right of GSD to choose any, all or none of any requested alternates. o Terms and conditions are nonnegotiable. Any questions regarding terms and conditions are to be submitted prior to IFB due date. Attempts to take exception to any terms and conditions will render the bid non responsive. Any additional terms or conditions submitted by the bidder will be discarded, will not be considered and will not become a part of any contract that results from this IFB. o GSD reserves the right to award to award to the next low bidder if for any reason the low bid is not responsive, is withdrawn, rejected, disqualified or the bidder fails to perform. o A person with an outstanding tax lien in the state of Utah may not submit a quote, bid or offer. Non-responsive bids will not be considered. A bid that is non responsive includes a bid that: 1. is conditional; 2. attempts to modify the bid requirements; 3. contains additional terms or conditions; or 4. fails to conform with the requirements or specifications of the invitation for bids.
