SHA seeks Bids from qualified contractors to perform the following work: At the Echo Lodge, in Fort Qu'Appelle, the flooring throughout the building is original construction and is past it useful life. All flooring throughout the building needs to be replaced (though budget may be limiting, a breakdown of sections will be requested as part of bid), many cracked and stained areas. Before tendering, the General contractor and all subcontractors whose work may be affected by the physical properties of the site, shall make an inspection, take all necessary levels, dimensions, and fully satisfy themselves of all existing conditions affecting the operations. Failure to make such an inspection shall not relieve the contractor or subcontractor of responsibility. Provide current lead times for ordering materials within project proposal.
