To supply and distribute required gravel application in various locations as requested by R.M. 187 Public Works Committee. Application quantity and rate on the Municipal roads will be determined by Public Works, in accordance with the R.M.'s road maintenance policy and requirements and periodically on a short notice. Tender No. 1:To supply and distribute undetermined quantity of gravel with a Saskatchewan Ministry of Highways spec 106, 3/4 inch fractured rock, on various roads: Div. 2 and 3 Tender No. 2: To supply and distribute undetermined quantity of gravel with a Saskatchewan Ministry of Highways spec 106, 3/4 inch fractured rock, on various roads: Div. 4 and 6 Tender to Include: Charge per yard of gravel supply per year Price per yard/mile per year Loading rate cost per year Minimum haul distance per year Additional charges/ mobilization per year Availability and type of equipment to be used Tenders to be marked 'R.M. 187 Gravel 2024, Tender #TS2024-001' Conditions: -Contractor must be current and in good standing with Saskatchewan Workers Compensation Board. - Contractor must possess a $5,000,000 insurance liability, and a copy to be filed with tender. - Contractor to supply all required materials and equipment as necessary to perform work. - Municipality reserves the right to cancel or suspend agreement in the event of cancellation of insurance coverage. - Council reserves the right to reject any and all tenders. Incomplete tenders will not be accepted. - Lowest tender may not necessarily be accepted. *This is a three-year contract, commencing April 1, 2024 and ending March 31, 2027
