This header will feed three new 4" recirculation lines one for each of the three SNDR (Storage Nitrification Denitrification Reactor) tanks. Each of the three recirculation lines shall have a new manual isolation plug valve installed in the pump room upstream of penetrating the pump room wall above the existing pump suction lines. Piping shall be 125# flanged ductile iron, cement lined, and field coated with 10 mils high solids amine, polyamide, or polyamidoamine epoxy coating. To include all cored penetrations, double link-sealed with stainless steel hardware. Pipe supports to match existing. Installation coordinated with plant operations. Recirculation discharge centerline elevation into SDNR tanks ~5984.50. New pump discharge header centerline elevation ~5971.17. Existing suction piping centerline elevation ~5973.21. Tank Recirculation piping for SDNR #3 (Future) to be priced as Alternate #1. Alternate #2 to include installing two 4" ductile iron flanged tees and one plug valve on the existing centrifuge feed lines in the solids trailer room.
