The Town of Huntington seeks written responses from qualified contractors to furnish and install card access control systems at five town owned buildings. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all responses if it is deemed in the best interest of the Town. Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. For questions regarding this IFB, please contact: Jennifer Peloquin - Town Administrator admin@huntingtonma.us Questions must be submitted by September 16, 2024 SCOPE OF WORK Contractor shall be responsible for the following: Remove five existing keypads from exterior doors and leave with Town for disposal or reuse. Replace door handle on side door at Town Hall. Change all three exterior door (front, back, and side with ramp) locks at Town Hall to accept the same key. Install card access control system on one door at each of the following buildings: o Town Hall - 24 Russell Road, Huntington, MA (keypad is currently on back door, card access will be installed on side door with ramp) o Stanton Hall - 26 Russell Road, MA o Highway Garage - 7 Mill Street, MA o Fire Station - 8 Russell Road, MA o Norwich Hill Fire Station - 48 Searle Road, MA System to include door master panels, readers, electric strikes, and any other necessary materials. System must be: o Capable of at least 100 users. o Accessible online for the Town Administrator and one other designee to manage users. o Capable of allowing individual users access 24/7 and during set times. o Capable of assigning access of specific buildings to individual users. o Capable of tracking when individual users entered specific buildings. Provide programming, set up, and training on use.
