Renovation of a parking garage in Huntington, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a parking garage.
- Install temporary safety equipment to work area to comply with OSHA standards. - Wire brush/scrape areas that are oxidized or rusted. - Pressure wash the entire roof area to prepare for coating. - Apply seam sealer to all fastener heads, vertical and horizontal panel seams, and penetrations on the roof. - Apply primer to the entire roof area. - Apply silicone coating to the entire roof area. - Clean up and remove all construction debris from site. Project The Town of Huntington seeks bids from qualified contractors for coating the roof of the highway garage. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all bids if it is deemed in the best interest of the town. Question Deadline 10/28/2024 Contractor Qualification Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000.
