The Project consists of 4-acre residential subdivision at 354 Old Cliff Road (Contract 2). No bid will be considered unless submitted on the Bid Form provided with the Contract Documents. Federal wage and hour provisions DO apply to this project. A Bid security must be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Attention of bidders is particularity called to the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed and minimum wage rates to be paid under the contract. These include Section 3, Segregated Facilities, Section 109 and E.O. 11246. Bidders must comply with Title IV of the Civil Rights Act, the Anti-Kickback Act, the Contract Work Hours Standard Act, 40-CFR 31.36L (3,4, & 6), Presidents Executive Order No. 11246 for equal opportunity employment and p ydiscrimination, 41 CFR 60-4. Title VI Minority, Women Owned and Disadvantaged Businesses are encouraged to bid.
