Site work for a bridge / tunnel in Prestonsburg, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel.

Floyd County Fiscal Court will be accepting sealed bid proposals for Embankment Failure repairs and culvert replacement to complete FEMA DR-4663 repairs at the following location's Neds Fork Road Embankment Failure Repairs with Bio Engineering Culvert Replacement and Ditching Sealed bids will be labor and equipment necessary to transport the rock from the Dist. 3 road lot to complete the repairs. Floyd County Fiscal Court will provide all materials. Successful bidders will have 7 days to begin work on the repairs in the event work hasn't started the project will go to the next lowest bidder. Bids will be awarded by the lowest or best evaluated bid. Floyd County Fiscal Court has the right to accept or reject any and all bids.
