Scope of Contract - The work of this Contract includes all labor and materials required to replace the existing fire alarm system at the USFS Middle Fork Ranger Station. The system shall be replaced in-kind. This includes control panel, detection and control devices (smoke detectors, beam detectors, heat detectors, monitor modules, relay modules), power supplies sufficient to power notification appliances, and notification devices. The existing wiring is to remain. All work must be completed by an Oregon licensed LEA electrician and National Institute for Certification in Engineering Technologies (NICET) level II technician. The project is located at the Middle Fork Ranger Station; 46375 OR-58, Westfir, OR 97492. Period of Performance - from 9/26/2024 to 11/25/2024. From Eugene, travel East on I-5 for approximately 5 miles until you reach exit 188 toward OR58. Take the exit and continue on OR-58 for approximately 32 miles. Middle Fork Ranger Station is on the West side (right side) of the highway. From Oakridge, travel West on OR-58 approximately 4 miles from Oakridge. Middle Fork Ranger Station is on the West side (left side) of the highway.
