Pleasant Run Road, DeSoto, TX 75115 or mhossain@desototexas.gov The work to be perfonned under the contract consists of the removal and replacement of HMAC and concrete paving and related appurtenances, along the following alleys: Oak Meadows (Briarwood Lane to The Meadows); Wood brook Drive (Thunder brook Drive to Edgebrook Drive); Glen Avenue (Honor Drive to the "T" at 1224 Glen Avenue); Pine Tree Lane/Shady wood Lane (Peach Lane to the north property line of 1025 Shady wood Lane); Pine Tree Lane/Westlake Drive (Peach Lane to the south property line of 921 Pine Tree Lane; between Hillside Lane and S. Crestwood Blvd. (Southwood Drive to Belt Line Road); between Cloud crest Drive and Blue Sky Drive (Southwood Drive to Belt Line Road); and between Stardust Lane and Blue Sky Drive (Southwood Drive to Sundown Lane) in the project. The Contractor shall supply all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to complete the work in accordance with these specifications and plans. Before bidding on the project, bidders are expected to inspect all the sites of the work and to infonn themselves regarding all site and roadway/alley conditions. The Contractor will be required to coordinate construction activities with the City. All work shall conform to City of DeSoto construction standards and in accordance with the contract drawings and specification documents. All Work must be completed within 180 calendar days of the issuance of a Notice to Proceed.
