The general work requested is: REMOVAL AND CONSTRUCTION OF: 5 INCH CONCRETE WALKS, 7 INCH CONCRETE DRIVEWAYS, CONCRETE CURB AND GUTTER, SAWING AND SODDING & TOPSOIL, GRAVEL FILLING, OTHER CONCRETE REMOVALS, ETC.; Located at: ST230240102 - Scattered Sites Sidewalk Replacements at Various Locations City Wide Any questions regarding the design of the lighting system are to be directed to Street Lighting Engineering at (414) 286-3265. The Contractor shall contact Mr. R.C. Tally at 414-286-2497, of the DPW - Infrastructure -Construction Section, to request a Start Notice for this project prior to the start of any work or mobilization on this contract. The Contactor shall also contact Mr. Larry Balestreri at (414) 708-9413, of the Street Maintenance Section, to schedule and coordinate all contact work. The residency requirement for this project is 40% of all hours worked on the project. One quarter of these hours must be attributable to residents living in the following zip codes: 53204, 53205, 53206, 53208, 53210, 53215, and 53233. Time for Completion: All work on this contract shall be completed by June 20, 2025.
