Sealcoat asphaltic bituminous pavements using a slurry seal, bituminous /aggreate mix. Sealcoating will include surface cleaning/sweeping of pavement with mechanical sweepers, install/remove protective cover over, water boxes, inlets grates and manhole covers, etc.; located at: st211220101/st211230101 - sealcoating paving @ various streets locations city wide Please contact the Office of Equity and Inclusion (OEI) at 414-286-5553 should you have any questions or concerns regarding the training or reporting process. ST211220101 & ST21123010 The SBE requirement for this project is 0% of the contract base bid. Bond, Certified Check, Cashier's Check or Cash to accompany bid: 10% of the Contractor's Base Bid. The residency requirement for this project is 40% of all hours worked on the project. All work on this contract shall be completed by June 30, 2025. The Contractor shall notify the Commissioner or the City Supervisor, overseeing the project, of Public Works a minimum of 10-days in advance of starting work on this contract. Liquidated Damages, per diem: $500.00/Day
