Work consists of construction of beach improvements. This includes demo of the existing beach, revetment construction, beach construction, breakwater construction, concrete pavement, grading, stormwater infrastructure, green infrastructure, and other items as indicated in the project bid documents. Substantial Completion Date: 7/1/25 Project funded by federal. Contractors shall employ a minimum of 50% of the Contract labor force with employees that reside in Milwaukee County. Documentation must be performed by LCPtracker Labor Compliance software, (see Bid Documents for Residency Program Requirements). For Federally Funded Contracts wage rates are established pursuant to Federal Labor Determination and Provisions. Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Participation Goal for This Project is 4% Percent. To Be Considered for This Project All Required Dbe-14 Forms Shall Be Completed and Signed by Prime and Submitted as Indicated in Invitation to Bid.
