Demolition and site work for a civil project in Millis, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope, clearly marked to indicate the contents. The work generally consists of constructing a new municipal water treatment plant that provides treatment for removal of PFAS, installation of two (2) backwash waste tanks, water main installation, demolition of one (1) existing building and associated site work. The work also includes maintenance and upgrades to the existing pump station including well cleaning and rehabilitation, installation of a new well pump and variable frequency drive, and replacement of process piping and instrumentation. sub-bids: o Division 9 - Painting o Division 15 - Fire Protection Sprinkler Systems o Division 15 - Plumbing o Division 15 - HVAC o Division 16 - Electrical Work Minimum wage rates as determined by the Department of Workforce Development under the provisions of M.G.L., Chapter 149, Section 26 to 27D, inclusive apply to this project.
