Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in St Thomas, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Only those prequalified as part of RFPQ2024-049 are permitted to submit. The tender is for construction of Technology Trail, a new 4 lane arterial roadway from the recently constructed Highbury Avenue Highway 3 intersection to Yarmouth Centre Road including new roundabout at PowerCo Parkway. The current contract is Phase 1, which extends from Highway 3 / Centennial Road roundabout to east of the new Technology Trail / PowerCo Parkway roundabout.
