RFP Progressive D/B - Water Reclamation Facility No. 2 The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to select a partner using a qualifications-based approach. Although pricing is important, it will not be a considered factor when selecting a partner. It is desired to have a partner in place by January 2025. It is envisioned that the partner will consist of a Contractor and Consulting Engineer with preferably, a well-established working relationship and history of successful past similar projects together. The partner should be able to draw on expertise of industry vendors, equipment suppliers, specialist designers and other technical experts as may be required. Anticipated Project Commencement (Stage 1): January 6, 2024 Stage 1 Completion: December 2025 Stage 2 Construction Start: January 2026 Stage 2 Construction Finish: December 2028 Documents can be obtained at https://stthomas.bidsandtenders.ca/ *Awarded project value is undisclosed.
