Renovation of a transportation facility in Spokane, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 15,226-square-foot transportation facility.

The general nature of the Work is as follows: Interior renovation and addition of the existing Ground Transportation Center. Building changes include reconfigured offices and rental car service counters; complete rebuild and expansion of the existing washrooms; and circulation improvements including an additional vestibule and wayfinding signage. Site improvements include vehicular drive, sidewalk upgrades, and updated/expanded landscaping. Questions during the bid period and inquiries regarding bid results (after bid opening) should be directed to the Planning & Development Department of Spokane Airports, Monday through Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. by contacting Colin Hayden at chayden@spokaneairports.net. Questions during the bid period are due by 4:30 PM, Wednesday, September 4, 2024. A contract according to the General Conditions, Supplementary Conditions, and Addendums (if applicable) shall be signed prior to work commencing. Each bid must be accompanied by a cashier's check or surety bid bond, in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid for all bid schedules (including sales tax). A performance bond, payment bond, and liability insurance in accordance with the contract documents will be required for the Contract. This is a prevailing wage project per applicable State Law. The Spokane Airport Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informality, to accept any alternate bids, and to make such award that it deems to be in the best interest of the Airport pursuant to the terms of the Instruction to Bidders and General Conditions. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. All bidders are cautioned to be aware of the requirement to have their bids considered responsive.
