Renovation of an educational facility in Seattle, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
University of Washington (University or Owner), through UW Facilities Project Delivery Group, is requesting Proposals from contractors interested in providing the design, specifications, fabrication, and installation of the Infrastructure Renewal - Fire/Life Safety (Fire panels) Project. The state has provided funding for the project, and a priority list of building upgrades has been developed. The University is utilizing the public works contracting procedure authorized under chapter 39.04.290 RCW, Contracts for Building Engineering Systems. Pursuant to the statute, the proposal shall include a price for the design, the specifications, the fabrication, and the installation of the system. The proposal shall be based on information provided within this document. The project will be managed by UW Facilities, Project Delivery Group The project work will commence upon the selection and award of a contract. The contractor will prepare a schedule based on a construction completion date of not later than June 30, 2025.
