Rush-Henrietta Central School District's "2022-23 Capital Improvement Project" - General Construction Work - Separate sealed bids for: 1) General Construction Work To be performed at Burger Junior High School, and Fyle, Sherman, Vollmer, and Winslow Elementary Schools) A Bid Bond or Certified check made payable to the Rush-Henrietta Central School District in the amount of five (5%) of the Bid, subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders, must be deposited by each Bidder with his Bid as a guarantee that if the contract is awarded to him, he will within ten (10) days thereafter, execute such contract and furnish satisfactory Performance and Payment Bonds, and that bidder shall not withdraw his Bid for a period of forty-five (45) days after the above date of Bid Opening, and to guarantee the performance of all other obligations of the Bidders as set forth in INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS.
