Site work for a civil project in Shavertown, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Dallas Area Municipal Authority which consists of the installation an owner supplied 18-inch control valve, construction of a new valve vault, and demolish overflow/EQ tank pinch valve and restoration. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond, made payable to Dallas Area Municipal Authority, Luzerne County, Pennsylvania. (1) A bond for ten percent (10%) of the full amount of the bid, or (2) A certified check, cashiers check, or letter of credit, in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total bid amount. Compliance is required with the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Rates. The Non-Collusion Affidavit of Prime Bidders must be completed and submitted with all bids. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any, or all, bids and to waive any informalities within the bids received. Document info : Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Each bidder must be a registered plan holder with ms consultants, inc. to be eligible to submit a bid for this project.
