electrical upgrades associated with the installation of three submersible pumps, VFD, and a new service and appurtenances: Equalization Tank Pumping Station & Force Main Improvement Project Contract 2022-02 Electrical Construction Rebid Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Each bidder must be a registered plan holder with ms consultants, inc. to be eligible to submit a bid for this project. Bids for the above-described work must be submitted on blanks furnished in the Bid Submittal Document. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond, made payable to Dallas Area Municipal Authority, Luzerne County, Pennsylvania. (1) A bond for ten percent (10%) of the full amount of the bid, or (2) A certified check, cashier's check, or letter of credit, in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total bid amount. Compliance is required with the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Rates. The Non-Collusion Affidavit of Prime Bidders must be completed and submitted with all bids. All bids must be identified by marking sealed envelope - Contract 2022-02 Electrical Construction Rebid Equalization Tank Pumping Station & Force Main Improvement Project The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any, or all, bids and to waive any informalities within the bids received.
