Site work for a water / sewer project in Topeka, Kansas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Purpose for Request The City is soliciting bids to establish a contract with a qualified vendor for furnishing fittings for large water meter vaults to the City of Topeka Water Utilities Division. These fittings include valves, joints, coupling adapters, sleeves, pipe, tees, bends, and pipe support. The quantities listed on the bid form are annual estimates only. The City reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity depending on actual needs. Bids must include a minimum warranty of one (1) year from delivery for all parts, and materials. Warranty information must be included with the submitted bid response, and all factory warranty requirements must be stated. Bid Award The awarded bidder will be expected to enter into a contract for an initial one (1) year period with an option to renew for three (3) additional one (1) year periods by written agreement of both parties.
