This Bid Specification was prepared to solicit sealed bids from qualified responsible contractors for the purchase of 2 Heating Fuel Dyed and 2 ULS Diesel Dyed. The scope of work is further delineated in the specifications provided for this project The term of this contract shall be for a period of one (1) year, commencing on the date of the contract execution. The City reserves the right, subject to mutual agreement with the successful bidder, to extend the terms of this bid, at the bid price, for two (2) one year periods Question Deadline 09/09/2024 All inquiries regarding this Bid must be in writing and must be postmarked or delivered at least ten (10) working days prior to the submission date and be addressed to the Project Manager identified on the front cover page of the Bid.
