Project Includes Electrically Actuated Valve, Check Valve, 13 Lf of 8" Sanitary Sewer, Precast Concrete Holding Tank, Floats, Controls, and Control Panel. Start and Completion Dates: All Work Can Start After Wednesday, September 11, 2024, and Shall Be Substantially Completed by Wednesday, October 30, 2024. The Work Shall Be Finally Completed by Friday, November 15, 2024. Substantially Complete Shall Be Defined as Completion of All Excavation and Backfilling to Allow for the Installation of Curb & Gutter. Failure to Meet This Deadline Will Result in the Assessment of Liquidated Damages as Specified by the Contract Documents. Bids Shall Be Submitted On the Forms Included in The Bidding and Contract Requirements Section of These Contract Documents. The Developer Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids, Waive Any Informalities or Irregularities in Bidding or Accept Any Bid or Bids Which, in the Opinion of the Developer, Shall Serve the City and Developer's Best Interest. No Bid May Be Withdrawn for a Period of Forty-five (45) Days After the Time and Date Set for the Opening Thereof, Without the Consent of the Developer. Sealed Bids Will Be Received at the Offices of Highland Road Llc, Listed Above, at Which Time All Bids Will Be Opened and Read Aloud in Person Please Call 262-790- 1480 to Be Added to the Bidders List..
