The Town of West Point will receive sealed bids for the Town Hall Roof Replacement Project up until the close of bids. At the time and date stated above, all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the Town Hall located at N2114 Rausch Road, Lodi, WI 53555. The work for which bids are asked includes the following: Removal and replacement of the existing asphalt singled roof. Bidders can also bid for a metal roof in lieu of asphalt shingles for the roof replacement. Portions of this contract is funded in part or all by ARPA funds. The Town of West Point reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any technicality and to accept any bid that it deems advantageous. All bids shall remain subject to acceptance for forty-five (45) days after the time set for bid opening. The Contract award shall be made based on the lowest responsive and responsible Bidder. No proposal will be accepted unless accompanied by a certified check or bid bond equal to at least 5% of the amount bid, payable to the owner as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted the bidder will execute the project contract.
