Site work and new construction of a pre-engineered storage facility in Lodi, Wisconsin. Working plans call for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.
Sealed Bids for the construction of the following: Transfer Site Storage Building - to include: Installation of a new 30' X 40'Metal Storage Building at the Town's Waste Transfer site located on County Road V, restoration of the work area, and other miscellaneous items in conformance with the Contract Documents. All Bids shall be uploaded and submitted through online only with EJCDC C-430 Bid Bond equal to five percent (5%) of the Bid payable to the OWNER. All Bids uploaded and submitted through online shall also be accompanied with Bid Form 00 41 43. The CONTRACTOR shall be required to pay not less than the minimum wage rate as established by law. The Town of Lodi reserves the right to waive any informalities and to reject any or all Bids. Question Deadline 08/01/2025: All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be directed to Engineer. Questions received less than three days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered Bids get rejected.
