Bid Security: Bid Security in the Amount of 5 Percent of the Bid Shall Accompany Each Bid in Accordance With Instructions to Bidders Owner Reserves the Right to Waive Irregularities or to Reject Any or All Bids. No Bidder May Withdraw His Bid Within 60 Days After the Actual Date of the Opening Thereof. City of Scott City Questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents shall be directed to Owner. Interpretations or clarifications deemed necessary by Owner in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda. Questions received less than 7 days prior to the bid opening date may not be answered.
