Site work and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Vancouver, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for outdoor lighting for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The City invites Tenders for the supply and installation of low density conduit with horizontal directional drilling in the area around the Strathcona Community Centre (500-600 Pender Street, and 500 Jackson to Heatley Avenue). The City is interested in hiring contractors with at least five years experience performing directional drilling and installation of utilities and utility supports including conduit. The Work generally includes, but is not limited to: Excavation and backfilling; Site preparation and access management Traffic management plan and control Supply and install of HDPE conduit; Fusing of HDPE pipe; Fencing and/or security; Sidewalk and asphalt cutting, removal and temporary restoration; Disposal of waste materials; Site Restoration; and Submit as-built drawings
