Site work and renovation of a medical facility in Vancouver, British Columbia. Working plans call for the renovation of a medical facility; and for site work for a medical facility.
Expand the Dental Clinic currently located on Level 0 in the Ambulatory Building of BC Children's Hospital. To meet the growing number of patients, the Dental Clinic will be relocated within BC Children's Hospital to Level 2 (2B) in the 1982 building. Renovations will be required to the existing space to improve the functionality of the clinic. TIMELINE: Design is ongoing. The successful Proponent will act in the capacity of a Managing Consultant (Architect) for the Project, including engaging the services of all Sub-Consultants as required to provide complete consulting services for the Project, except that the Authority will engage a professional quantity surveyor consultant. Services to be provided by the Managing Consultant and Sub-Consultants will include architectural, mechanical, electrical, structural and code. Further update in late, 2025.
