Renovation of a municipal facility in Vancouver, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the following: Decommission of equipment and chemical disposal in Laboratory and Mechanical Room, including removal of service feed as outlined by Drawings. Repair exterior and interior finishes, at locations shown on the Drawings, as required to upgrade existing details to those shown on the Drawings. Supply and install new louver as required to upgrade existing details, as outlined in the Drawings. Clean all areas affected by the Work, including Landscaping, to satisfaction of the Owner. Abatement may include the following: asbestos, lead, non-liquid polychlorinated biphenyl, mercury. Please review more details included in Specifications. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.bgis.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
