Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Manhattan, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Manhattan Park District 397 South State Street Manhattan, Illinois 60442 ROUND BARN FARM TRAILS The Manhattan Park District does hereby invite sealed bids for ROUND BARN FARM TRAILS. Work will include site clearing, earthwork operations, asphalt paving, and seeding. All bidders will be required to submit Bid Security in the form of a Bid Bond, Certified Check, Cashier's Check in the amount of 10% of the Base Bid, payable to the Manhattan Park District. The Manhattan Park District reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, parts of any and all proposals, or to waive technical errors or omissions in submitted proposals. No submitted bid may be withdrawn until a period of sixty (60) days after the bid opening date, without written consent of the Manhattan Park District. The Manhattan Park District encourages minority business firms to submit bids on this project and the successful contract bidder to utilize minority businesses as sub-contractors for supplies, equipment, services, and construction.
