The selection committee will evaluate all proposals submitted. The scope of services will consist of but not limited to, the engineering design and preparation of 100% contract documents consisting of plans, specifications, and cost estimates for the construction of this project. The scope of services will also include, but not limited to, coordinating with the environmental consultant to meet environmental requirements. Any required environmental documents/studies will be performed by a separate contract. Scope of services shall also include obtaining all required right-of-way and easements, coordination with all relevant utility agencies, surveying, project management, public outreach services, construction support, roadway engineering services, and geotechnical engineering services, as required.
