This proposed work is within Wayne County Rights of Way, Trenton Road. Question Deadline 09/04/2024 at 12:00 PM ET Questions are submitted online No. All questions shall be directed to John M. Miller, Project/Construction Manager at jmmiller@hengineers.com . Bidders may not withdraw their bid within 90 days after the date of bid opened. The project anticipated start date is October 23, 2024 and is to be substantially completed by March 14, 2025. Bidders must deposit, with their bid, surety in the form of a certified check, bank draft, or bid bond, in the sum of five percent (5%) of the amount of the proposal. The OWNER reserves the right to waive any information or to reject any and/or all bids.
