The City of Florence is proposals from qualified firms to complete a housing study and needs assessment. The City of Florence, South Carolina (the City) is soliciting proposals from qualified consulting firms specializing in the development of a housing study and needs assessment. The selected proposal will provide the City with an assessment identifying existing and future housing stock within the community and will identify strategies that will help ensure the City's housing market provides the needed diversity of housing stock and meet the projected growth over the next several years. The assessment is expected to include an analysis of existing housing conditions, demographic and market demands, and identification of critical housing gaps. Responses should be submitted based on the information and guidelines provided in this Request for Proposals (RFP). The City of Florence reserves the right to accept or reject any or all submissions received as a result of this Request for Proposals, or to cancel it in part or in its entirety if it is in the best interest of the City of Florence.
