Montgomery County Government is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide Project Management Services for upcoming capital projects. This includes but is not limited to administering and overseeing services throughout budgeting, design, construction, and close out phases of various projects. To ensure a successful project, the selected firm may need to work with County staff, various consultants, contractors, and engineers/architects to fully meet the requirements of the project objectives. The successful firm will act in the best interest of the County while administering services throughout the duration of a project. The firm selected will not be eligible to bid on the actual project as a contractor or subcontractor. Project construction work shall be awarded by competitive bidding as provided by law. Any contract resulting from this RFP is for one year, with two additional one-year options. Option years will be awarded in writing and first agreed upon by both parties. All questions must be submitted in writing to the Montgomery County Purchasing Department, 350 Pageant Lane, Suite 101-E, Clarksville, TN 37040 or by email to mocobids@mcgtn.net. Answers to questions will be provided to potential bidders: September 9, 2024. Montgomery County reserves the right to reject any proposal that is determined to be non-responsive. Montgomery County reserves the right to reject the proposal of any firm that has previously performed unsatisfactorily for Montgomery County or any other governmental agency. The Purchasing Director reserves the right to reject any or all bids. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
