The Village of Addyston, Hamilton County, Ohio is accepting Sealed Bids for Two Pickleball Courts. Specifications are the following: The Courts, 1) Excavate site to proper grade level. 2) Install a 60'x60' Pad 3,600 Square feet. 3)Compact to 4" of Crushed Gravel as a base 4) Concrete shall be formed and poured to a 5 depth using 3500 psi grade 5) Concrete shall be reinforced using 3/8' rebar throughout 6) Saw cuts shall be made as necessary 7) The concrete shall be finished with a medium broom finish 8) Courts shall be backfilled with existing soil to a rough grade finish. Poles ad Nets (2) 1) The poles shall be 3 in diameter fitted into a 40-gauge PVC sleeve 2) A net tightening crank at one post end each 3) Net Post tiedowns 4) Center tiedowns. Fencing240' of 4 high Black Coated chain length fence. Painting the court lines shall be painted with all appropriate Pickleball markings. 1) Complete Court outlines 44x20 2) Non-Valley (Kitchen) Markings 7'x10' on each side of the court 3) Right and left service areas with dividing line 1O'x15' on each side of court 4) 2T to center net each side. 5) All lines are inclusive of the measurements. The Village would also entertain a separate Sealed Bid for the fully painted court surface Deadline for project completion is October 11, 2024 Notice of Award will be at the September 9, 2024, council meeting.
